How to shop – detailed instructions

Searching for a product
Type a search word in the search window on each page. You can also look at the selection by category and offers by clicking on the appropriate category or offer.

By clicking on the name of the product you get a more detailed description

To purchase
To be able to finalise the purchase you have to:
a) Add the item to the shopping cart
b) be a registered customer

Adding to the shopping cart
To purchase an item you have to add it to the shopping cart and you do that by clicking the “Buy” button. If you don’t want to purchase the item, click the “remove” button.

Quantity and next steps
The customer can always get an overview of the items in the shopping cart. He can change the quantity of each item, remove an item from the cart or purchase more items by clicking the appropriate category on the left hand side of the page.

Registration
If the customer has registered on a previous occasion he can type in the username and password. New customers have to register.

Purchasing the items in the cart
Registered customers can click on the “View cart” and then “Purchase” buttons, but new customers are asked to register. Then you have to choose payment and delivery method.

Payment options
If paid with a credit card, the delivery charge is ISK 790.
The delivery charge for companies that have an account is ISK 790.
If COD the delivery charge is ISK 1.290.

The customer can pick up the goods at Bóksala stúdenta.

Finalising the purchase
The order is confirmed by clicking on the “Confirm order” button. Customers receive an e-mail confirming the order
